This month, we are excited to feature AJ Johnstone as our Employee Spotlight! AJ has been a dedicated part of our team since August 2023, he started with us as a Sales Consultant before moving into his current position as a Lease Manager. With over 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, AJ knows that at the heart of the business, it’s all about the people. Whether working alongside the dealership team or helping customers with their vehicle needs, he thrives on making the purchase experience smooth and enjoyable.

His favourite thing about working at West Coast Ford Lincoln is the incredible team vibe and the ability to live and work in the same community.

Outside of work, AJ’s life is action-packed! You can find him spending time with his wife, two kids (ages 10 & 15) and their dog, Rocky. Whether he is watching his kids play sports, hitting the gym to box, playing drums or rocking out on his guitar, AJ is always on the go. This summer, AJ is looking forward to soaking up some well-deserved sun and beach time in the Okanagan!
